I have used Widow World Windows for over 20 years here in Butler, Pa. They are good quality windows, but like all windows, they do require some maintenance now and then. In the last 6 years when I’ve needed a repairman , my #1 repairman to give my windows some TLC is Mike Andrasy. Mike is always very polite, personable and trustworthy. Mikes workmanship is top quality. He was on time with our appointment as always, and done with the window repairs in less than a hour. I wouldn’t be surprised to see Mike climbing the ladder in Window World Company in know time,, He’s going places with his heart for quality workmanship. Thank you Mike 😄

The overall experience was great from start to finish. Scheduling the in home consult was easy and convenient for our schedule. Rick was easy to work with and answered any and all questions I had, no matter how dumb they may have been. The installers, Abe Sr., his son and Chris were all great. They arrived early and knocked out 10 windows in about half a day and the final installed product looked very well done. Highly recommend Abe Sr. and his install crew and Window World in general.

Overall, I've had a good experience with Window World, and I would recommend them. Our installer, Mike, has been great! Very professional, timely, and honest. I had a few windows replaced by Window World last year. During a cold snap in January, one of the new windows cracked. They were prompt with getting a replacement ordered and scheduling a time to replace the cracked window at no additional cost. The reason that I am taking a star off is because the factory messed up the replacement twice. Mike eventually had to come out with just replacement glass, and got it fixed for us.
